I absolutely love Shaolin Secrets, volume one. I have a small collection of rare books which I cherish. This volume has become part of my collection.
The authenticity is moving, the content illuminating. When I read it, I feel as if I've stepped into another world.The material the book is made from adds to the authenticity and value. I feel that one day these volumes will be collectors items.
The lessons to be learned from Shaolin Secrets are complex, yet exiting. Being a relatively small person I've learned techniques from Shaolin Secrets that seem to work when sparring with larger opponents. Certainly, together with the excellent instruction I receive from my Sensei's, Shaolin Secrets has enhanced my training experience and made me more focused on my journey in Martial Arts.
